Welcome to StampIt ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience when using our application. 2. Data We Collect

StampIt is designed with a privacy-first approach. We minimize data collection and store the majority of your information locally on your device. Specifically:

• Stamps and Collections: All stamps you create and your collection data are stored locally on your device using file-based persistence. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
• App Preferences: Settings such as your chosen language, theme preferences, and onboarding status are stored locally on your device.
• Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data (such as which features are used most frequently) to help improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.

3. Camera Access

StampIt requires access to your device's camera to capture photos for creating stamps. Camera access is used exclusively for the purpose of taking photos within the App. We do not record video, and we do not transmit camera data to any external servers. Photos captured through the App are processed locally on your device to create stamps. You can revoke camera access at any time through your device's Settings. Without camera access, you can still browse and manage your existing stamp collection, but you will not be able to create new stamps from photos.

4. Photo Library

StampIt may request access to your photo library to allow you to save created stamps or import existing photos to create stamps. Access to your photo library is used solely for these purposes. We do not upload, share, or transmit your photos to any external servers or third parties. All photo processing occurs locally on your device. You may grant or revoke photo library access at any time through your device's Settings.

5. Location Data

StampIt may optionally request access to your location to tag stamps with geographic information, allowing you to remember where each stamp was created. Location data is stored locally on your device alongside your stamp data. We do not transmit your location data to external servers or share it with third parties. Location access is entirely optional, and the App functions fully without it. You may enable or disable location services for StampIt at any time through your device's Settings.

6. In-App Purchases

StampIt offers optional premium features through in-app purchases, processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. All purchase transactions are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy and terms. 7. Advertising

The free version of StampIt may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These ad networks may use anonymized identifiers to serve relevant ads. We do not share any personally identifiable information with advertising partners. Premium subscribers enjoy a completely ad-free experience. You can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" or disabling the "Allow Apps to Request to Track" option in your device's Settings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the StampIt application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StampIt ("we," "our," or "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by StampIt and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems or networks
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Use automated means, including bots, scripts, or crawlers, to access or interact with the App

4. Premium Subscriptions

StampIt offers optional premium features available through in-app purchases. By purchasing a premium subscription or feature, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as displayed within the App at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store, and you are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, stamps, and other content you create using the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us no ownership rights over Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content and ensuring that it does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. We do not claim any ownership over Your Content, and all stamps and collections you create remain your property, stored locally on your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

7. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We may also update the App to add new features, improve performance, or address security issues. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App. We encourage you to keep the App updated to the latest version to benefit from the newest features and security improvements.
